Escape & Renew: Retreats in Tobago

Escape to the enchanting island of Tobago in the Lower West Indies, where natural beauty, rich history and culture will beckon you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, transformation, and rejuvenation for 5 days in November.

You may have done retreats before, but I promise this will be different. I am working with a Tobagan business partner and together we will be showcasing and celebrating local vendors and culture. Retreat participants will also include local Tobagan women business owners, promising a varied, inspiring, and rich experience for all.
